FROM THE NORTH
Take the M65 heading to Burnley/Preston/Manchester/M66. At junction 13, take the A682 exit to Nelson. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Scotland Rd/A682 heading to Kendal/Fence. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Scotland Rd/A682 heading to Kendal/Barrowford/Gisburn. Continue to follow A682. Destination will be on the left.

Ample free parking opposite the practice as you enter Holmefield Gardens you can use either car park, on the left or right hand side.
